Board Meeting Minutes,September 24,2022
Members Present: Gary Waller, Todd Fick, Kathy Eystad, Les Kruse, Scott
Rortvedt, Richard Pautsch, Roger McCannon.

1. Treasurer's Report: Todd reported $2538 in checking and $6818 in savings for a total of $9356; and he has created a Walleye Stocking account at the Bank. He reported there are currently 55 paid members (last year there were 68).
2. President's Report: Gary reported that he has received the permit from the DNR to stock 200 pounds of walleyes; these will be purchased from the
Klug Fish Farm near Garfield, and delivered in October.
3. Zebra Mussles: the DNR has confirmed their presence in the lake. Gary spoke to Alex Letvin and Mark Ranweiler, the AIS specialist at DNR to gain
more understanding about their effect on the lake and fishing.
4. Fall Newsletter: the Board discussed and decided to send out a "Fall Newsletter" to the entire property owners list with current information
about zebras, stocking, unpaid dues, and donations for stocking.
5. Carp Update: no current news; not seeing very many, suggesting that the trap in the culvert helped last spring.
6. Ditch Cleanout: Richard reported that Urness Township will be doing some cleaning yet this Fall.
7. Next Meeting: Saturday, November 19 at 10:00am...location TBD
